1. Data Collection
KALESS collects the minimum viable data necessary to provide a functional statistical suite. This includes:
- Account Data: Your name, email address, and authentication tokens provided via our auth provider (Supabase).
- Uploaded Datasets: Processing files (CSV, Parquet) uploaded directly to your private project workspaces.
- Billing Information: Passed encrypted directly to Lemon Squeezy. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your datasets are passed through our Python Statistical Engine securely to generate statistical interpretations. We do not observe, scrape, or sell your research. We treat all datasets as confidential academic or commercial IP.
3. Data Deletion & Retention
If you delete a dataset or project within the KALESS application, the underlying objects are irrevocably deleted from our storage buckets. If you choose to delete your account, your user row, all associated datasets, and all compiled analysis histories are wiped. We retain minimal billing records strictly as legally required for tax compliance.
4. Cookies & Telemetry
We use minimal operational cookies strictly for Session Authentication and Application State keeping. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels or invasive ad-tech.
